Step By Step Process:
Let's start making this delicious recipe step by step carefully. Take a look at these steps below.
#1. Heat the frying pan and roast the cumin-coriander, cardamom, and cinnamon.
#2. Grind the roasted items and add turmeric and chili powder to this masala.
#3. Add 1/2 tbsp oil and fry the onion till it's crisp and then grind it with curd.
#4. Boil the eggs and slice them into 2 halves.
#5. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a nonstick pan and saute the eggs (with turmeric powder and salt) until golden.
#6. Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic paste and fry until the raw smell goes off.
#7. Add all the masalas and green peas.
#8. Fry everything well until a nice aroma comes out and the mixture leaves oil along the side of the pan.
#9. Add sugar, salt, slit chilies, and warm water.
#10. Add the fried eggs and cover for 5 minutes.
